Do I Still Need a User Account on Ceetrust if I Was Sent an Invitation to Write a Review?

Yes! Even if you were invited to write a review, you need to sign up and create a user account before you can share your opinion with our community. This helps us maintain the integrity of our review system and ensures that all feedback is genuine and traceable.

When you click the direct link in the review invitation email you received, you'll be asked to accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. We will then automatically generate a Ceetrust user account using the email address you provided during the review submission process.

Can I edit or delete my user account?

Absolutely! You can Edit your profile and update your account information such as your email address, password location, preferred language, and display name.

And if you want to stop reviewing businesses and taking part in the Ceetrust community, you can always delete your user account. But there's no going back — deleting your account is permanent, and all your reviews will also be deleted.
